Our Process

 

Our streamlined process allows us to work efficiently without compromising accuracy, ensuring that you have the answers you need in the fast-paced real estate market.

Step 1: Application

Select the “Apply Now” button to create a login to your own secure portal and complete an application. You can log in to your secure portal at any time, so an application can be completed in stages if required.

To complete an application, you will need your personal details (date of birth, SIN, etc.), employment/income details, asset information, and details about any properties already owned.

Step 2: Documents

Once your application has been submitted, you will immediately receive a confirmation email along with a list of supporting documents required to verify the details of your application. Documents can be uploaded to your secure portal as they are available. Your list will be updated as documents are reviewed by our office, so you can see our progress in real time.

Collecting as many documents up-front as possible ensures that your qualification is accurate and there are no surprises after we receive financing approval.

Step 3: Qualification

With your supporting documents on file, we will run a variety of scenarios and provide you with your options so that you can make an informed decision on a mortgage that accomplishes your goals.

Once you have come to a decision, we will secure an approval from a lender and prepare for closing.
